Materials
Manufactured from 1.5 mm thick corrosion resistant stainless steel with patented concealed hinge.
Options
- The doors can be fitted with either “push pull” concealed or security locks
- Stainless steel show edge for both the door and frame.

The maximum area of door available is 0.16 m²

Manufactured from mild steel electro-galvanised sections and fitted with magnetic latches.

- Can be fitted with either a budget/security lock or magnetic latch if required.
Product description
The access panel consists of aluminium profiles – with gypsum drywall insert GKBI 12.5 mm, 15 mm or 25 mm – and two snap locks.
The removable hatch is fitted with a safety catch and the standard panel is locked shut with concealed snap locks (push to release), optional security locks are also available, the gap between the cover and frame is a nominal 2.0mm. Two versions are available, either with a visible aluminium edge to the cover and frame or the concealed edge version. The maximum tile thickness is 12.5mm

Made to measure to suit tile module.
All sizes are available for cladding thicknesses of 12.5mm, 15mm, or 25mm board.
Overall Size = Door size plus 56mm*
Overall Depth = Cladding thickness plus 40mm*

Options
- Visible aluminium edge, where the tiles are inlaid into the door leaving a protective aluminium edge to both the cover and the frame.
- Concealed edge, where the aluminium edge is flush with the gypsum board and the tiles are placed over the aluminium frame.
- Wall access covers can be fitted with optional security locks.
- Made to measure to suit tile module.
