Minimum leaf size height 300 mm x width 300 mm
Maximum leaf size height 1000 mm x width 1000 mm
Cut out size = door size plus 10 mm*
Fire Rated - Single leaf
Size
Minimum leaf size height 300 mm x width 300 mm
Maximum leaf size height 1026 mm x width 662 mm or height 756 mm x width 756 mm
(Any leaf within the aspect ratios can be used as long as the dimensions are not exceeded)
Fire Rated - Double leaf
Size
Minimum leaf size height 300 mm x width 300 mm
Maximum leaf size height 1026 mm x width 600 mm
Cut out size = door size plus 35 mm*
Materials
Manufactured from 1.2mm electro-galvanised mild steel, powder coated to RAL 9003 matt finish.
Options
- Wall access covers can be fitted with either budget or security locks.
- Outer frames can incorporate a plaster bead or picture frame surround.
- Special finishes – for example brushed stainless steel.
- 1 hour fire rating to BS476: Part 22: 1987.

210 mm x 210 mm overall the outer frame with a 150 mm x 150 mm removable panel.*
Custom size
Maximum removable panel size of 250 mm x 250 mm*
The panel frame is simply bonded to the wall using a panel adhesive
Materials
Manufactured from 1.2 mm thick zinc coated steel finished with a primer coat ready to accept a paint finish.
