Product description
Access panel consists of aluminium profiles – with gypsum drywall insert GKBI 12.5mm, 15mm or 25mm – and two snap locks.
The hinged door is fitted with a safety catch for sizes above 300 x 300mm and can be used in both walls and ceilings. The standard panel is locked shut with concealed snap locks (push to release), optional security locks are also available, the gap between the cover and frame is a nominal 1.5mm.

F4 - F30/F90 (EI30/EI90) - Access Panel with Fire Protection for use in Double Skinned Plasterboard Walls

The access panel consists of aluminium profiles with drywall insert GKF 25mm (F90/EI 90) and two snap locks.
The hinged door is fitted with two safety catches to help avoid accidents when opening. The gap between the door and the frame is a nominal 1.5mm which is fitted with an intumescent fire seal. The standard panel is locked shut with concealed snap locks (push to release), optional security locks are also available. The F4 door can easily be removed for greater access.
Capabilities
F90 In non-load-bearing, room enclosing stud walls of fire resistance class F 90/EI 90.
F90 Can also be used in F30 partition walls with 2 x 12.5mm GKF boards.
Tested up to 1000 x 1000mm door size according to European Standard 'EN 1364-1'.
